Better reading

Dyslexia affects about 10% of the population. It causes trouble with reading, and symptoms such as blurred vision or words moving around the page.

But don’t fret - a rate-of-reading and colour-overlay assessment can help. Using a coloured overlay over your reading material makes it easier to read. We’ll tell you which type is best for you.

An overlay won’t help everyone, but the assessment is worthwhile - not least because it includes a comprehensive eye examination.

Note that an optometrist can’t diagnose dyslexia. Most patients who see us have already been diagnosed by an educational psychologist. We just help them improve their reading.
